DIFFERENTIAL

CHANGE DIFFERENTIAL BEARING:
                                                              1)Lift your car using floor jack and confirm it is safe and then remove front wheel keep it in safe place.

                                                    
                                                         2)Safely remove your engine undertray and keep it safely, then take drain gear oil suitable container keep it non-dust place,make sure correct oil refilling your gearbox.

                                                          3)Remove three bolt it is secure right hand drive shaft(most of bolts size here 10mm) using tool like(extension bar and a flexible socket)

                                                          4)Remove exhaust from manifold and leave hanging and then remove centre tunnel bolt and again leave hanging by the two rear most bolts which are under the heat shield

                                                          
                                                            5)Remove chassis rails both sides it is fitted on only particular model                                                        

                                                          6)carefully support the engine, use a piece of wood on the top of our gearbox stand and next remove rear engine mount

                                                          7)reverting body secured sub frame bolt and then remove the bolt which one secure the steering rack to the sub frame and then remove the sub frame.

          

                                                            8)Remove both drive shafts from the differential, after remove both gearbox seal carrier and then remove differential casing bolt and take differential out of the car

                                                      9)Fit the existing crown wheel to the differential and fit new bearing and clean mating face of the differential housing up then apply sealer.Reassign differential, Fix both gearbox seal carrier and check bearing preload. Load is correct means then remove seal carrier and refit spacer and reassemble your car

                                                            

TURBO CHARGER

TURBO ENGINE:

                              Normal engines are taking more times for pick up speed like ambassador. But if you have turbo charger it will give more power for your engine.

TURBO CHARGER PROCESS:
                                                      Engine exhaust air going to turbocharger. It will give extra air pressure(compressed air) to plenum chamber. It means taking less fuel and more air.

                                                           Turbocharger produced more power into the compression chamber, It means By-pass valve can reduce some power and keep your engine's efficiency-safely.

                                                Hybrid engine is a more then two power source having vehicels. It is having one internal combustion and one or two electric motor.You can use gas or petrol or diesel with electric motor


                                                When you want extra power that time you accelerate gas engine by allowing the electric engine take over


                                                It's advantage is if your fuel is empty that time you get power from electric motor.Electric motor takes power from engine via power-train when they working with diesel or gas or petrol. Otherwise plug in electric motor and get full charge when you need that time u can use electric power
